Michaele Daugin here—wife, mom to four incredible kids, and entrepreneur!
Have you ever felt like life’s challenges were insurmountable? I’ve been there—and I’m here to help you overcome them. As the CFO and co-founder of Mamas in the Chaos, I’m passionate about equipping moms with the tools to navigate life’s toughest moments. With a background in retail sales, banking, mortgages, and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, I bring a unique, real-life perspective to helping others.
From 2021 to 2024, I faced three years of chaos—parenting four kids, navigating financial strains, and growing as a family. Through it all, my faith deepened, and I discovered a renewed sense of purpose.Today, I’m dedicated to helping moms overcome high-conflict relationships and financial struggles. My mission is to empower others to break free from adversity and build a foundation for generational wealth and peace.
When I’m not working, you’ll find me cherishing time with my husband and kids, strengthening my walk with God, and dreaming of our next family adventure. Let’s navigate this journey together!
Hi, I'm Stephanie Joy... COO, co-founder, mom, and living proof that chaos and purpose can coexist.
I'm a Jesus-following mama of two incredible kids who decided that "just getting by" wasn't good enough. So, I did something about it. While raising my babies as a single mom, I earned my Bachelor's in Marketing with a minor in Business and Non-Profit Management from Colorado State University in under 3 years... while simultaneously launching two businesses. No shortcuts. No safety net. Just faith, grit, lot of late nights and gallons of coffee.
A year before I graduated, I decided my best friend Michaele needed to come along for the ride. She did not agree. I dragged her in anyway, kicking and screaming the whole way and by March of 2023 Mamas in the Chaos was officially born. It's now a long-standing joke of how we got our start. 😄
These days I spend my time creating content that actually converts for brands, building something real with my (now very willing) business partner, and rollerblading, horseback riding, and food hunting with my kids whenever we can sneak away.

Hi, I’m Stephanie Joy! I’m the COO and co-founder of Mamas in the Chaos. As a mom of two amazing kiddos and a follower of Jesus, I'm learning to thrive in the beautiful chaos that is motherhood and entrepreneurship. During the pandemic, I took the leap to quit my 9-5 job to focus on being more present with my family and getting my degree. I graduated from Colorado State University in 2023 with a Bachelor’s in Marketing and a minor in Business/Non-Profit Management.
However, a year before graduating, I embraced my adventurous spirit and launched an Amazon business (after playfully informing my BFF Michaele that she’d be my partner in crime!) Ha!
By the end of 2023 year, Michaele and I were ready to embark on another journey together by starting Mamas in the Chaos. My kids and I love rollerblading, horseback riding, and exploring new places— especially if it involves trying out delicious food!
